- What is “flexible cadence coaching”?
- Flexible cadence coaching is a style of coaching that allows a coach/mentor to develop a very personal relationship with a client by exchanging emails or texts as often as the client would like.
- Isn’t this impersonal compared to in person or online video chats?
- Not at all! Flexible cadence coaching puts the client in control of how frequently they get support, and allows them to contact their coach/mentor as often as they would like rather than waiting for a session.
- Would you consider do a video chats?
- I would, but consider them on a case by case basis.
- How long will it take you to reply to emails or texts?
- I reply to emails and texts mid-late morning, early afternoon and early evening to be sure clients do not have to wait long for assistance.
- What if I am having a crisis and need your help immediately?
- I use an online messaging service called Trillian for such a purpose, and access to me through that is included in my services. However, if your crisis is something I am not equipped to deal with such as struggling with self harm, having suicidal thoughts or another extreme mental health crisis, I recommend contacting emergency services or one of the following:

- Do you take insurance, HSA or FSA payments?
- No, I do not.
- Are your services expensive?
- Not at all. I keep the fee affordable so about anyone who wants them can afford these services. I also offer three ways to pay to help make my services even more affordable – weekly, monthly or two months with a $50 discount.
- What qualifies you to be a coach/mentor?
- I have been studying Narcissistic Personality Disorder and narcissistic abuse since 2011, and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD) since 2012. I have experienced narcissistic abuse to the point of developing C-PTSD, which is why I began studying these issues. As far as grief coaching for pet loss, I always have loved animals, and have loved and lost many over the course of my life. In September, 2024, I decided to take the course to become a certified grief coach for pet loss to help others who suffer when their precious pets die as I have, and as a way to honor my cat, Molly.
